Join us in our Tasting Room at Prime Vine Winery, overlooking our private vineyard and located in the Portage Lakes area of Akron Ohio.
Featuring California wines, we offer our Vine 93 and Venture brands that are sure to please the palate of any wine connoisseur.
Choose from select cheeses, imported Italian meats, fresh fruit, nuts, and crackers to enhance your wine tasting experience.
We have an all seasons tasting room as well as a patio that overlooks our beautiful, local vineyard.

2016 Vine 93 White Blend
Blend of Santa Barbara Riesling, Russian River Valley Chardonnay, and Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Showing the complexity of the blending of those classic varietals. The nose opens with bright floral notes of apricot and pear along with secondary notes of citrus. On the palate, it shows brilliant acidity and fresh minerality with a long, lingering, balanced finish.
2015 Vine 93 Red Blend
Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Malbec make up this easy-drinking blend. It shows a hint of spice and ripe red raspberry notes on the nose. Classic, balanced Zinfandel spice and earthiness are layered with sun drenched cherry flavors, a touch of cedar, supple tannins and tempting acidity that make it a versatile food pairing wine.
2014 Vine 93 Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine presents some light forest floor aromas with rich black fruit shining through. This is a complex wine from great vineyard sources in Oakville and Yountville that has a silkiness through the mid palate and a persistent, juicy finish. Melted chocolate is layered through black cherry and dark fruit flavors as it heads to its lush finish.
2017 Venture Chardonnay
Bright, tropical aromas with a hint of pineapple, banana, and lemon shortbread on the nose. It finishes with lush acidity and a rich mouth feel.
216 Cuvee Napa Valley Red Blend 2014
This blend of and 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon has aromatic notes of dark fruits with hints of forest floor on the nose. Silky tannins with flavors black cherry and a note of chocolate make for an elegant and complex wine. While showing well upon release, this wine will continue evolve and drink beautifully for 10+ years.
2013 Venture Cabernet Sauvignon
With seductively smooth aromas and mouth feel, this is a brilliant pure expression of what makes Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon so great. It has aromas and flavors of black cherries, cocoa, and silky lush fruit finishing with subtle, yet firm tannins.
2016 Venture Merlot
Aromas of dark cherry, smooth spices, and hints of cedar on the nose. Smooth black cherry and luscious black and red fruit flavors meld with a hint chocolate leading into a long, smooth finish with velvety tannins.
2016 Venture Pinot Noir
A light to medium bodied mouth feel with lush fruit and acidity combine to create a long, lingering finish that shows great complexity and exiting potential to age.
