Originally owned by the Zimmerly family, renowned in the meatpacking industry, this three-story brick mansion underwent a $1 million renovation led by Julie and Jim Pulk. The couple worked tirelessly over four and a half years with Architectural Restoration Renovation Consultants Inc., ensuring that the mansion’s original charm and character were preserved while incorporating modern luxuries like six bedrooms each with private baths.
